Single wall corrugated pipe production flow:
Automatic loader→Single screw extruder→Die→Forming moulds→Haul off and cutter (optional)→Double working-station winder.

1.Material: PE,PA,PP or PVC
2.Diameter: could be 3mm to 110mm
3.Length:30m (it is ajustable)
4.Stucture: Wavy shape both interiorly and exteriorly
5.Color: Black,yellow,white.Other colors are customizable upon requirements
6.Property: Good flexibility,smooth and bright surface,chemical corrosion resistant
7.Application: It can be used in machineries,electric equipment,foodstuff machineries,automatic meters and gauges,protecting the cables from abrasion and providing insulation to the wires and cables
