7. New design dehumidifier
1) Normal vertical system is only for drying.
2) The system in this line is for mixing / dehumidifying and crystallizing. Because the molecular chain of the PET bottle flakes is broken, this system can link them and plays a physical viscous role which can greatly improve the tensile strength of the final products
Mixing units in this new design dehumidifier mix the PET flakes well ,so it can dry the PET flakes even.
Drying medium of this dehumidifier is heat oil and hot wind , heat oil can ensure the drying temperature to reach to hundreds of centigrades, so it can dry the PET flakes fully.
